Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan are seeking a Senior / Lead Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a hyperscale data centre project in West London. You will lead procurement, cost control, and contractor negotiations on a large-scale, technically complex build.

This permanent role offers up to £110,000 all-in, a pension, private medical, and discretionary bonuses. Right to work in the UK is required; data centre or main contracting experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Lead Quantity Surveyor in a main contracting environment.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects within a main contractor is essential.
• Strong commercial management, including procurement, CVRs, forecasting, valuations, variations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for allocated work packages or the wider project.
• Manage the commercial lifecycle from procurement through to final accounts.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, tender analysis and package negotiations to ensure value for money.
