An excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading independent technology partner and global integrator delivering complex, high-profile projects in the hyperscale data centre sector. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you'll manage project costs, protect margins and ensure contractual compliance, working closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Planners and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing commercial support to project teams so projects stay financially controlled, contractually compliant and commercially successful
• Monitoring project costs against budget and identifying risks, opportunities and margin improvements
• Managing variations and scope changes, including preparing quotations, claims and supporting documentation
• Supporting monthly valuations, cost reporting, forecasting and cost/value reconciliation (CVR)
• Administering client contracts and subcontracts in line with contract requirements and company procedures
• Reviewing contract terms and supporting the management of claims, variations and commercial risk
• Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Working with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Design & Engineering and Operations teams
• Assisting with supplier negotiations and contributing to continuous improvement and commercial best practice
• Proven Quantity Surveying experience within construction or project delivery - hyperscale data centre experience is highly desirable
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Strong contractual knowledge including JCT, NEC, FIDIC or other standard forms of contract
• Experience in cost control, forecasting, valuations, variations and contract administration
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Excel plus Word and PowerPoint
• A collaborative, hands-on and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
• 45,000 - 75,000 + Benefits Permanent Full-time, Monday to Friday, 45,000 - 75,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits
• Permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday
