Qualifications
8+ years in experimental hardware in a research-adjacent industry.
Led hardware from concept through tapeout with personal accountability.
Understanding of semiconductor device physics.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design execution for silicon spin qubit quantum processor units.
Define connectivity and generate netlists for circuit simulation.
Mentor and lead the QPU Design team.
