Flaming Grill in Filton is seeking a General Manager to build a proud business, develop the team, and create a warm welcome for customers. You’ll lead by example and ensure an enjoyable experience for guests and staff from door to departure.

You will grow sales, recruit and coach your team, and uphold brand standards while prioritising safety and excellent service in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High standards and attention to detail in running a pub.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Business savvy with focus on P&L.
• Ability to obtain a personal license if not already held.
