Flaming Grill Limited is seeking a General Manager for our Old Walnut Tree Southend-on-Sea pub. You’ll lead by example, develop your team and create a warm welcome for customers, driving sales and delivering great guest experiences.

You’ll recruit and coach your team, uphold brand standards and safety, and be prepared to obtain a personal licence if needed. The role offers a competitive salary with bonus potential and opportunities to progress across our brands.
