Curo Salus Ltd. is seeking a Lead Psychologist to provide strategic psychological leadership across our therapeutic residential childcare services.

The role supervises four Assistant Psychologists and collaborates with residential and education teams to ensure trauma-informed, attachment-focused practice. You will contribute to assessments, formulations and intervention planning, and support staff development through training and reflective supervision, in a multidisciplinary, child-centred

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist.
• Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists or junior practitioners.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic residential childcare, developmental trauma, and attachment.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency contexts.
• Excellent communication, formulation, and report writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychological leadership across Curo Salus, supporting the development of therapeutic trauma informed and attachment based practice.
• Offer regular supervision, guidance, and reflective space to four Assistant Psychologists.
• Contribute to psychological assessments, formulations, and intervention planning.
• Provide consultation and advice to residential childcare teams and education staff.
• Support staff development through training, reflective practice, and professional guidance.
• Work collaboratively with multi agency partners, including social work and placing authorities.
• Enhance the coherence of our therapeutic approach.
