Job summary

Bright Futures is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide specialist psychological leadership across our care and education services for children and adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.

This role focuses on embedding a trauma-informed, psychologically informed culture throughout the organisation, helping teams understand trauma, build positive relationships, reduce restrictive practices and create environments where people can thrive.

Qualifications

• Experienced Clinical Psychologist with experience working with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed practice, psychological formulation and evidence-based intervention.
• Ability to influence, coach and inspire multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of trauma-informed practice across care and education.
• Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention.
• Develop the confidence and capability of our teams through training, coaching and reflective practice.
• Work alongside our Specialist Support Team and wider multidisciplinary professionals.
• Influence service development, quality improvement and clinical governance.
