Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a shift in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead worker on shift, ensuring smooth running of the home
• Support children to build resilience, life skills, and positive relationships
• Help implement care plans and behaviour management strategies
• Provide advice, guidance, and encouragement to children in line with our therapeutic ethos
• Supervise, support, and motivate colleagues to deliver consistent care
• Contribute to activities, daily structure, and routines that help children feel safe and valued
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
