Job summary

icap is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to provide clinical leadership and manage teams delivering high-quality therapy to adults who have experienced trauma. You will oversee the client journey from referral through allocation to ongoing therapy and act as a senior clinical resource for risk and safeguarding guidance.

The role emphasizes cultural competence, collaboration, and staying up to date with governance, professional standards and regulatory requirements within the UK

Qualifications

• Senior clinical management experience with adults, including trauma work.
• Full professional membership, registration and accreditation with UKCP, BPS, BPC, BACP or equivalent.
• Experience across diverse cultural contexts and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and management.
• Oversee the client journey from referral to allocation and ongoing therapy.
• Provide senior clinical advice and consultation, including risk and safeguarding guidance.
• Support and develop clinical teams within icap.
