Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Compliance Manager for a busy housing team in Tunbridge Wells (Kent). The role leads on damp, mould and property hazards under Awaab's Law and is offered on a temp-to-perm basis with full-time hours.

You will manage cases from report to resolution, supervise a small team, coordinate with repairs and surveying teams, monitor KPIs and provide clear resident guidance. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property compliance, housing, case management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk management and the ability to prioritise cases.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confident managing challenging situations and customer complaints.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
