Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Compliance Manager to lead the damp, mould and property hazard response for a busy housing team in Tunbridge Wells. The role covers management of cases from report to resolution and supervising a small team of officers and a coordinator.

You will coordinate with repairs and surveying teams, review repeat repairs, monitor KPIs and support audits while maintaining excellent resident communications and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in property compliance, housing, case management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk management and the ability to prioritise cases.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confident managing challenging situations and customer complaints.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.
• Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
