Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of HS2 infrastructure projects in the Southeast England region. You will lead from planning through delivery, coordinating with clients, JV partners, and subcontractors to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

The role requires a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, strong leadership and health & safety knowledge, and experience with NEC Option contracts is

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in construction, project management, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
• Ability to lead and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with NEC Option contracts (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
• Establish objectives, scope and timeline and communicate to all parties.
• Plan resources and coordinate pre-construction and construction phases.
• Monitor costs, budgets, risks and implement mitigations.
• Manage site team, subcontractors and external relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Promote company values and best practices.
