Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks a Principal Contractor Integration Manager to lead obligations for Principal Contractor, Lead Contractor and Lead Integrator within the HS2 programme and wider Rail Systems Alliance. You will coordinate with HS2, manage interfaces and delivery across multiple stakeholders, and optimise shared facilities and services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing interfaces between multiple contractors, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, with understanding of impact delivery decisions on programme and cost.
• Ability to lead workshops, challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to support effective decision-making and delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and manage Principal Contractor, Lead Contractor and Lead Integrator obligations, establishing responsibilities, service requirements and delivery demands.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, assumptions, opportunities and emerging requirements related to these obligations.
• Support HS2 in developing and improving the CCRB and its implementation, compliance and enforcement across the contract.
• Act as primary point of contact for Principal Contractor services and obligations; engage with HS2 and other contractors to establish requirements and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate interfaces related to access, logistics, facilities, possessions, testing and other shared services; ensure requirements are planned and delivered.
