You will captivate coordination with design teams, manage budgets and timelines, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and comprehensive progress reporting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Proven track record delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with NEC contracts and project management software is preferred.

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
