Ferrovial Construction seeks a Project Health and Safety Lead for the HS2 track project in the UK. Based in London or Birmingham initially, you will guide the HSE strategy, lead policy development, and support testing and commissioning phases.

This role demands strong leadership, NEBOSH or equivalent, and Chartered IOSH credentials. You will oversee audits and incident investigations, drive cultural change, and ensure ISO 45001 compliance across a major infrastructure program with multi-site

Formación

• Significant experience leading Health and Safety within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent with substantial experience.
• Chartered IOSH membership and strong knowledge of ISO 45001.
• Solid understanding of rail-related safety practices is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead HSE strategies and drive cultural change.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the project Health and Safety strategy and policies.
• Lead H&S leadership, training and cultural change across the project.
• Oversee audits, inspections and incident investigations to identify improvements.
• Ensure ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and external accreditations.
• Mentor the HSQE team and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
