FERROVIAL CONSTRUCTION (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Project Manager for the High Speed Two Infrastructure Maintenance Depot project located between London and Birmingham. The role oversees design and construction from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will build relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders, manage resources and risks, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Qualificações

• Degree/Masters in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in construction, project management, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Detailed knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish, delivering on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Establish objectives, scope, and timeline and communicate to all parties.
• Coordinate planning and design during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Plan and manage resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor costs and budgets and report progress and risks.
• Manage risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Forecast work ahead and adjust resources to maintain performance.
• Identify design issues and align with engineering schedules.
