Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project success and communicate progress and issues.
• Establish project objectives, scope, and timeline, and ensure clear communication to all relevant parties.
• Planning and design coordination during pre-construction and construction phase.
• Plan and manage project resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for efficient execution.
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets, and report progress and risks.
• Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
