Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK seeks a Project Manager to lead the Design and Construction of the Hs2 Infrastructure Maintenance Depot in a central location along the London-Birmingham corridor. You will manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and to specification.

You will coordinate with clients, joint venture partners and subcontractors, directing planning, risk management, and site activities while upholding Health & Safety standards and NEC contract

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in construction, project management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders; communicate progress and issues.
• Establish objectives, scope and timeline; coordinate planning and design during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Monitor costs, risks and resources; manage subcontractors and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and NEC contract requirements.
