Job summary

This role requires proven experience in Earned Value, change control, and supplier coordination, with the ability to mentor staff and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects in defence or infrastructure.
• Experience across the project lifecycle with multiple controls disciplines.
• Ability to establish and lead project controls teams.
• Advanced understanding of integrated project controls across operating models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and inclusion skills.
• Undergraduate degree and professional body membership.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead cross-discipline project controls teams on high-risk projects.
• Define scope and develop WBS with exclusions, assumptions and interfaces.
• Establish performance baselines and manage change control processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to define contract requirements and analyse performance data.
• Ensure scope, cost, risk and schedule alignment and integration.
• Provide insights via Earned Value to support delivery decisions.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive continuous improvement.
