Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cross-discipline teams on high risk, high value defence projects and programmes. You will define scope, manage performance baselines and drive change control across the integrated project team.

Qualifications

• Delivering projects in regulated sectors such as defence or infrastructure.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle with multiple controls disciplines.
• Ability to work in uncertain environments and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline project controls teams on high risk, high value projects.
• Define scope with exclusions, assumptions, interfaces and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain Performance Measurement Baseline and change control.
• Collaborate with suppliers to integrate and analyse performance data.
• Ensure scope, cost, risk and schedule alignment and reporting.
• Analyse Earned Value and provide delivery insights to leadership.
• Support resource deployment and governance processes.
