Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking an AI Solutions Support Lead to own the lifecycle of production AI solutions, from deployment handover to ongoing optimization. You will coordinate with AI Delivery, Data Engineering, BTS, and governance to ensure stability, compliance, and measurable business value.

The role requires leadership of internal teams and partner resources, strong incident management, and a focus on continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence within AXIS’ AI capability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting, operating, or maintaining production AI, machine learning, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating third‑party delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Own production AI solutions, from deployment handover to ongoing support.
• Coordinate incident management and defect remediation with internal and partner teams.
• Monitor performance, drift, bias, and value realization of AI solutions.
