Job summary

AXIS Capital seeks an Insights Delivery Lead to guide BI reporting, dashboards and analytics across the organization. You will lead a team of Insights and Visualization Developers and drive modernization toward AI-enabled insights and Copilot Studio experiences.

The role balances ensuring stability of current insights with delivering future-focused capabilities, including automation and advanced analytics, in a collaboration-focused, governance-driven environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading BI reporting, visualization or analytics delivery teams.
Proven ability to manage large, complex delivery portfolios.
Demonstrated success leading teams through change across technology and operating models.
Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power BI and modern data platforms.
Experience working in agile delivery environments.
Experience balancing operational support with strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the Insights Delivery Function and develop a high-performing team of developers.
Deliver against business priorities with high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.
Evolve the capability toward broader analytics, AI-enabled experiences and Copilot Studio solutions.
Champion governance, quality, standards and collaborative working with Data governance and architecture teams.
Drive agile delivery practices, improve predictability and stakeholder engagement.
Support the Data & Analytics transformation agenda and long-term strategic objectives.
