Job summary

International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director, Artificial Intelligence in London. This hands-on leadership role will architect and build production AI systems, owning delivery, quality, evaluation, and partner management across the AI Solutions Lab portfolio.

You will report to the Senior Director, Digital Transformation, and head of the AI Solutions Lab. You will lead the design of AI solutions, shape the knowledge base, and drive governance, security, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on role architecting and building production AI systems.
• At least five years of senior-level experience in AI-enabled products or platforms.
• Ability to translate complex domain knowledge into usable AI products.
• Experience with secure, scalable AI solutions and data protection.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and scale the AI Solutions Lab initiatives for robust, member-ready delivery.
• Design and deliver AI solutions making ISDA standards AI-ready for members.
• Shape and expand the internal knowledge base and assistant for governance.
• Oversee priority AI capabilities and alignment with deployment roadmap.
• Define product requirements, orchestration, and delivery priorities.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to ensure accurate and useful tools.
• Capture member feedback and translate into roadmap decisions.
• Manage external partners while maintaining IP ownership and quality.
