Job summary

GSK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Cloud & Hosting within Modern Engineering to own strategy, roadmap and outcomes for developer tooling, infrastructure automation, cloud hosting and observability. You will lead cross‑functional teams across US and UK, set prioritisation, validate architecture and drive secure, cost‑effective platform delivery.

This hands‑on product leadership role focuses on faster and safer delivery, higher platform adoption and reducing spend

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years in technology, including 4+ years as a product owner or product manager for internal platforms, developer tools or infrastructure products.
Delivery experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services or another regulated industry, with working knowledge of change control, validation and audit processes.

Responsibilities

Own a 12–18 month roadmap for Cloud & Hosting portfolio tied to engineering, security and business strategy.
Define targets and report on adoption, DevEx metrics, SLO attainment and cost per user.
Run interviews, surveys and usage analysis with delivery teams across the US and UK.
Write and prioritise epics and features with clear acceptance criteria across two or more platform teams.
