Job summary

BlueOptima in London is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own strategy and roadmap for one of our most business‑critical products. You will collaborate with executive leadership, enterprise customers, and cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, and revenue to drive growth and retention.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will set direction with limited oversight and be accountable for outcomes, including NRR, MAUs and feature adoption, while bringing a strong point of view on

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B SaaS and AI products to enterprise customers.
• Strong view on developer/productivity and agentic AI tools in product strategy.
• Led products within the AI SDLC, Software Engineering Intelligence, DevOps, Developer Tools, Data Analytics or Agentic AI.
• Able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous multi‑product environments.
• Data-driven leader who balances data with sound judgment and can talk tech with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for the product; align with executive priorities and metrics.
• Provide vision on front-end UX and collaborate with ML and backend teams on architecture.
• Present strategy to C-suite and engage directly with enterprise customers during sales cycles.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, renewals and GTM.
• Mentor product managers and grow the team as it scales.
• Establish rigorous product craft: PRDs, roadmaps, and post-launch measurement.
• Leverage agentic AI tools in research synthesis, spec drafting, and roadmap analysis.
