Job summary

NearTech Search in London is seeking a Product Lead to own the roadmap, decide what gets built or retired, and guide a tool that helps enterprises deploy AI safely and cost-effectively. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work with a small Science and Engineering team.

You’ll talk to customers, prototype quickly in Python, and align Product, Science and Engineering. After an initial context-building period with the founders, you’ll take full ownership of scope, priorities and the roadmap as

Qualifications

• Shipped AI or agentic products in a technical role.
• Can prototype in Python or similar.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 product development (founder/lead roles).
• Deep AI fluency: LLM APIs, agentic systems, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and be accountable for outcomes.
• Talk to customers directly and translate learnings into hypotheses.
• Align cadence between Product, Science and Engineering; set priorities.
• Prototype quickly and coordinate with Engineering to ship validated work.
• Shape strategy with founders in the initial phase and take ownership long-term.
