Qualifications

• 5+ years product management; 2+ shipping AI/ML products.
• Strong technical fluency — you can read a model card.
• Experience with enterprise B2B delivery cycles.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with client business and user stakeholders.
• Define AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Prioritize backlog and lead delivery alongside engineering.
• Define evaluation criteria, guardrails, and rollout strategy.
• Drive adoption with change management and enablement plans.
