Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in chemical process design and project execution.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in process simulation software and design tools.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and development of new chemical processes and modifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of process engineers.
• Oversee creation of PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
• Conduct process simulations, feasibility studies, and economic evaluations.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, and construction teams.
