• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have substantial successful experience teaching mathematics in the primary phase.
• Experience in developing teaching resources and/or digital learning materials.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience of developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the mixed-age primary maths curriculum and resources.
• Translate the National Curriculum and current research into practical resources for teachers.
• Design and deliver CPD and professional development for teachers and school leaders.
• Support and line-manage members of the Primary Maths team and deputise for the Head of Primary Maths as required.
• Represent White Rose Education in webinars, conferences and networks.
