Responsibilities

• Modelling quality first teaching.
• Supporting and developing teachers and departments to help learners reach their potential.
• Ensuring engaging and effective curriculum provision across key stages.
• Expanding the breadth of provision across all key stages.
• Collaborating with partner schools within the Trust to create learning hubs.
• Mentoring and providing high quality experiences for trainees.
• Developing teachers and delivering personalised CPD programmes.
