Job summary

Shoots Training is offering a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at Little Beans Garland as a Pre-School Team Leader. The role is term-time only with a minimum of 30 hours per week, requiring a Level 3 Childcare qualification, room leadership experience, and DBS clearance.

Weekly duties focus on safe nursery management and child-led activity planning. Open to applicants who meet the criteria and can fulfil the responsibilities within Little Beans Garland's EYFS framework,

Qualifications

• Room leader experience and passion for early years development.
• Must be able to obtain DBS clearance and two references.
• GCSE Maths and English (A*-C/4-9) or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in the safe and smooth running of the nursery.
• Plan activities for a small group of children as their key person.
• Follow Little Beans policies and EYFS requirements.
