Spire Norwich Hospital is seeking a Physiotherapy Team Lead for the outpatient service at the Ella May Barnes Clinic. The post combines clinical leadership with assessment and rehabilitation across a varied caseload, ensuring governance and quality standards are met.

This permanent, full-time role splits time between hands-on clinical work and service development, with some inpatient cover when needed. HCPC registration with no restrictions is required.

Formación

• HCPC registration with no restrictions.
• Significant post-registration physiotherapy experience.
• Experience in an outpatient musculoskeletal setting.
• Leadership or management experience within a physiotherapy service.
• Experience managing a varied caseload independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the outpatient physiotherapy team, providing professional and clinical leadership.
• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation across a varied caseload.
• Ensure clinical governance, quality and safety standards across the department.
• Drive service development and identify opportunities for growth.
• Recruit, train and mentor physiotherapy colleagues.
• Build relationships with consultants, referrers and key stakeholders.
• Achieve strong patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Provide inpatient support where required.
