Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Lead Physiotherapist for the MSK Outpatient Service. The role is based at the Montagu site and community hubs with a focus on leadership, governance, and service development.

The successful applicant will have extensive MSK experience, be proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation within the team.

Competenze

• Extensive MSK experience and ability to deliver evidence-based assessment/treatment.
• Proven leadership and line-management capability within a physiotherapy team.
• Strong collaboration with health/social care and local authority colleagues.

Mansioni

• Provide operational management and leadership to the physiotherapy team.
• Manage own caseload and deliver high-standard MSK assessments, management and advice.
• Act as point of contact for agencies regarding therapy provision.
• Work with partners to meet patient needs and ensure efficient resource use.
• Support service development with KPIs and governance activities.
