Job summary

NHS Professionals Limited is recruiting an MSK Physiotherapist for the West Hertfordshire Therapy Unit. You will provide advanced assessment and treatment for complex MSK cases, guiding patients, carers and clinicians, and lead on delivering high-standard physiotherapy care with independent treatment planning.

You will coordinate with the Therapy Services General Manager and Team Leads, maintain accurate records, and contribute to service development while supervising staff and supporting

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree and HCPC registration required.
• Specialist MSK skills with CPD.
• Senior NHS experience in orthopaedic/MSK physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, appraise and support junior physiotherapy staff.
• Manage a substantial clinical caseload with expert knowledge.
• Supervise, educate and assess students; collaborate with universities.
