About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a leading position in the effective delivery of repairs, specifically addressing damp, mould, and condensation (DMC) issues. Reporting to the Team Leader (Repairs North or South), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are upheld.
Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving DMC issues, managing the end-to-end repairs process, and coordinating with planners, operatives, and contractors to deliver timely and effective service. You will also oversee contractor performance, support team development, and may be required to deputise for the Team Leader when necessary.
