Are you experienced in wet trades and looking for your next role? We are seeking a reliable and skilled mould washer (wet trade) to join our dedicated damp and mould team in Southwark.

Location: Southwark, London

About the role:

As part of our specialist team, you will carry out professional mould washing and treatment in homes and properties across Southwark. Using your wet trade skills, you will help tackle damp and mould issues, improving living conditions for local residents.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out mould cleaning and treatment using specialist products
• Apply wet trade techniques (e.g., plastering, rendering) to affected areas
• Support wider damp prevention and repair works
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in wet trades (plastering, rendering, or similar)
• Knowledge of damp and mould issues and solutions
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Friendly, professional, and reliable

The pay range for the role is £22.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £18.76 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
