We're looking for a skilled and reliable Decorator to join our dedicated Damp and Mould Team at a well-respected housing association. You'll be working across Bracknell, Slough, Ascot, Windsor, and Staines, helping us to improve the quality and safety of our residents' homes.
Carry out mould treatments in customers' homes
Conduct ventilation surveys to identify underlying issues
Complete make-good decoration following treatment work (e.g. repainting, patch repairs)
Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Deliver excellent customer service, respecting the homes and privacy of our residents
Fully equipped company van with van vault, racking, and inverter
Uniform, PPE, and all necessary tools provided
Company tablet and mobile phone
Fuel card for business travel
Supportive team environment and regular training opportunities
A meaningful role where your work has a real impact on people's lives
Proven experience in painting and decorating
Basic understanding of damp and mould treatment techniques (training can be provided)
Good communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
