Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Senior Loyalty Manager to own the online loyalty strategy, driving retention, frequency and lifetime value for a household-name brand in the UK.

You'll work across ecommerce, CRM, digital, product and commercial teams to embed loyalty across the customer journey, delivering measurable business results and influencing senior stakeholders on future loyalty investments at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing loyalty strategies in consumer-focused organisations.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, FMCG or customer-led businesses.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the online loyalty strategy to drive engagement, retention and long-term value.
• Analyse programme performance and optimise loyalty initiatives through testing and iteration.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, product, UX and CRO teams to embed loyalty throughout the digital journey.
• Use customer insight and first-party data to personalise experiences and improve lifetime value.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and external technology partners to evolve loyalty platforms.
