Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a Northwest retail brand to recruit a Senior Loyalty Manager. In this role you will own the online loyalty strategy, shaping a market-leading proposition that drives retention, frequency and lifetime value across the UK customer base.

You will influence senior stakeholders, collaborate with ecommerce, product, UX and CRO teams, and drive measurable commercial results through loyalty initiatives and data-driven optimisations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing loyalty programmes.
• Experience with ecommerce, retail, FMCG or customer-led businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the online loyalty strategy to drive engagement and long-term value.
• Analyse programme performance and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, product, UX and CRO to embed loyalty across the customer journey.
• Utilise customer insights and first-party data to personalise experiences and lift CLV.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align loyalty with commercial objectives.
• Manage relationships with technology partners to keep platforms up to date.
• Monitor trends and competitive activity to strengthen the proposition.
