Job summary

OFG Education in Great Barr, Birmingham is seeking a Lead Clinician - Occupational Therapist to manage our in-house clinical team. The role combines clinical leadership with a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with autism and other neurodivergent profiles.

You will work with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead, oversee line management, and drive service development for the school-based clinical service, ensuring safeguarding and DBS

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are required.
• Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needs is preferred.
• Strong report writing and evidence-based practice are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house clinical team and oversee therapy services.
• Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with complex needs.
• Collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead; develop school-based clinical services.
