Job description

The Role

As our Lead Clinician - Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Manage our in-house Clinical Team, collaborating with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs, including autism and other neurodivergent profiles.
• Focus on meeting the needs of EHCP plans through targeted clinical practices.
• Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team and lead service development.

Requirements

• A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
• Valid and up-to-date professional registration & membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)
• Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
• Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities
• Experience in providing supervision and support to a therapy team
• Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service
• Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
