You are a UK registered
with significant post-registration experience. You have expertise in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a strong understanding of the Quality Outcomes Framework. You are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting patients with complex needs.
Ensuring an effective and practical induction for new members of the Nursing team
Training and development of the Nursing team to ensure that they are competent in all areas of General Practice Nursing. Ensuring all formal training and competency sign offs are well documented and shared with the Practice Manager to keep HR files up to date and compliant with CQC regulations (immunisations for all clinical staff, checking of the levels and documentation)
