Job summary

Operose Health in Wembley is seeking a Practice Nurse to support local primary care delivery at scale. You will work 37.5 hours per week, mainly 10:30-18:30, providing patient care, chronic disease management and care evaluation within a busy GP setting.

The role requires UK registration as a nurse with post‑registration experience, including cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a solid understanding of the quality outcomes framework.

Main Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
