Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate (4–6 PQE) for a top 25 international law firm in London. You will advise on major UK and international construction, energy, and infrastructure matters, working with leading partners on high-value matters across the project lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to cross-border matters, direct client contact and long-term progression within a prestigious international practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 4–6 years' PQE in non-contentious construction.
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience across JCT/NEC; familiarity with FIDIC/EPCM beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Advise on major UK and international construction projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate construction agreements (JCT, NEC, bespoke).
• Manage client relationships and development of junior lawyers.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Projects, Energy and Real Estate.
