JMC Legal Recruitment is partnering with a Top 15 international firm in Birmingham to recruit a Construction Associate (3–6 PQE) for its leading non-contentious practice. You will draft and negotiate complex construction documentation, advise on procurement strategy and risk allocation, and manage client relationships on landmark energy and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with an understanding of construction contracts and procurement.
• Experience advising clients across energy, infrastructure or real estate sectors.
• Ambitious and looking to develop your profile within a market-leading international practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex construction documentation and procurement contracts.
• Advise on procurement strategy and risk allocation for major projects.
• Manage client relationships across renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate mandates.
• Run your own workstreams and progress toward senior levels with strong supervision.
