Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with strong Non-Contentious Construction experience.
• Ideally 7+ PQE.
• Solid knowledge of JCT, NEC, FIDIC and market-standard amendments.
• Experience with bespoke agreements, large-scale due diligence and development arrangements.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Enthusiastic approach to business development and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of construction matters across procurement, contracts and project documentation.
• Draft, review and negotiate construction and project agreements.
• Protect client interests and allocate risk effectively across diverse project types.
• Mentor and supervise junior fee earners and contribute to business development.
• Support the team’s growth with client relationship management and strategic initiatives.
