JMC Legal Recruitment is partnered with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Contentious Construction Senior Associate for major UK and international projects in London. The role focuses on substantial disputes, with opportunities in international arbitration and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex construction and engineering disputes, work closely with Partners, and contribute to business development while enjoying a collaborative, flexible, hybrid working

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in contentious construction law.
Senior Associate level or experienced Associate ready to step up.
Experience handling complex construction and engineering disputes.
International arbitration experience would be valuable.

Responsibilities

Advise on the full spectrum of contentious building, construction and engineering matters.
Own matters with senior partner oversight on larger disputes.
Collaborate with construction specialists and other practices.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
