Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency preferred.
• Strong sales professional from other sectors considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence - preferable.

• Guide customers from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
• Build relationships with purchasers, housing providers and developers to drive sales.
