Randstad CPE is seeking a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to lead on-site electrical maintenance across a multi-site portfolio in London. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership of mobile engineers and apprentices, ensuring safe operation and rapid response to faults.

You will oversee compliance with BS 7671, coordinate RAMS, PTW and safe isolation tasks, and act as the technical face of the contract with studio managers and facilities teams.

Formación

• Formally completed recognised electrical qualification (Level 3). Multi-skilled level 2 or equivalent will also be considered.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence (required for mobile travel).

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on electrical leadership across LV distribution networks, switchgear, UPS systems and standby generators across a multi-site portfolio.
• Act as first-response escalation lead for high-severity plant trips and critical electrical failures serving live studios and data racks.
• Perform root-cause fault finding using advanced test instruments and restore services with minimal disruption to live programming.
• Mentor mobile engineers and apprentices, guiding on complex electrical systems and coordinating day-to-day task prioritisation.
• Ensure electrical compliance under BS 7671, manage RAMS, PTW, LOTO and safe isolation processes across sites.
