Skilled Careers is seeking a Mobile Lead Engineer in London to supervise a team covering commercial sites. You will lead from the front, provide technical support, and ensure maintenance and service delivery meet high standards.

You will coordinate daily workloads, perform fault finding, and support quotations and site surveys across multiple sites in London. A Level 3 mechanical or electrical qualification and strong building services experience are essential.

Competenze

• Recognised Level 3 mechanical or electrical qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Strong multi-skilled building services experience within commercial FM.
• Previous experience leading, supervising or coordinating engineers.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, pumps, motors, heating and ventilation.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works.
• Commercial awareness, including quotations, labour and materials.
• Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between sites across London.
